Let’s sit comfortably
Wriggle around until you’re feeling settled
Just breathe
Relax your face, your shoulders,
Allow your eyes to gently close
Deep inhale… hold
Again
Full Exhale and release any tension or energy that is not serving you
And just allow yourself to sink right into that relaxation and calm
Feel yourself sinking into the Earth, Gaia, our loving mother
See your roots reaching down, connecting to her crystalline heart
Breathe that energy into your heart
Feel the energy of Mother Earth connecting each one of us in circle
All lovingly connected
Breathe
Honour your heart and hers for calling us and bringing us here together to heal us and in that support and being hear, allowing us to shift into a higher state of being
Allowing us to move forward into a new phase of our lives
Just breathe
Now place your hand on your heart and ask it what it wants from you, what is it calling you to do?
Acknowledge this thought,
Breathe
Now just hug your body, feel it.
And when you’re ready, you can gently open your eyes.
